Eivind Bjørkås

I am a PhD research fellow in economics at The Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) in Ås, Norway, and a member of Skatteforsk - Centre for Tax Research. I work with issues regarding regulation, taxation, and consumption of goods with externalities, like alcohol and tobacco. I am supervised by Professor Kyrre Rickertsen and co-supervised by Professor Frode Alfnes and Professor Atle Guttormsen.

During the spring semester of 2024 I visited Professor James Prieger at the School of Public Policy at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
